Visits and notes wait on the phone and send when you are back online. WOUND CARE • Wound assessments with photos taken inside the app. Photos are not saved to your photo library. • Trace to Measure: trace the wound edge on a calibrated photo to get length and width, then confirm against a ruler measurement. • Wound care plans you sign on the phone, and a body map showing where each wound is. • Talk the visit: describe the visit out loud and CareSign drafts the wound note for you to review. Speech becomes text on your phone. After you agree, the text goes to CareSign's AI drafting service. Your practice decides whether to turn it on. SIGNATURES • Patients and caregivers sign consents and forms on your phone. • Each signature keeps a record of who signed and when. • Acknowledge signed physician orders assigned to you.
