Welcome to Superapp, operated by NZT48, Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). Your privacy matters to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, apps, and services (the "Services").

By using Superapp, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Superapp, we may collect:

a. Information you provide directly:

  • Account details (name, email, password).
  • Payment information (handled securely by our payment processor).
  • Any content you create, upload, or generate through the Services (e.g., code generations).

b. Information we collect automatically:

  • Usage data (how you interact with the app, clicks, features used).
  • Logs and metadata (device type, browser, IP address, timestamps).
  • Tracking of inputs and outputs to learn from generations and improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services.
  • Improve, personalize, and develop new features.
  • Track usage patterns and learn from code generations to make Superapp smarter and safer.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and promotions (if you've opted in).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these cases:

  • With service providers (like hosting, analytics, email, or payment processors) who help us run Superapp.
  • With advertising partners to measure our ads, as described in section 4. Some privacy laws call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; section 4 explains how to opt out.
  • If required by law, legal process, or government request.
  • To protect our rights, security, or the safety of users.
  • With your consent.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies on our website and in our apps:

  • Necessary: keeping you signed in, remembering your cookie choice, security, and fraud prevention. Always on.
  • Product analytics and error reporting: PostHog and Sentry, so we can see how the Services are used and fix errors.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics.
  • Advertising and measurement: Google Ads and Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API). When you sign up or start a checkout after clicking one of our ads, we may send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, your IP address, and Meta's click identifier so Meta can report which ads work. Meta can only match the hashed email against accounts it already has.
  • Referral tracking: Dub sets a cookie when you arrive through a partner link so we can credit the partner.
  • Payments: Stripe processes payments on its own pages and sets its own cookies there.

Your choices: the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or keep only the necessary ones. Where the law requires consent, advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel are only used after you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our website. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of advertising cookies. You can also opt out of Meta's ad measurement in your Meta ad settings, or email us to opt out.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of promotional communications.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of your data with ad partners (section 4).
