The Best Lovable Alternatives in 2026 (Free & Native Options)
A guide to the best Lovable alternatives in 2026, ranked by why people actually leave: web-only output, credit burn, and limited control. Superapp leads for anyone who really wanted a native mobile app; Bolt, v0, Base44, Replit, and more cover web, with verified user reviews and current pricing.
Best Lovable Alternatives: The Short Answer
Superapp is the best Lovable alternative in 2026 if you want a product people can find and use, not just a working prototype: it builds a native Apple app and its website from one project, then markets both with an agent that writes SEO content for Google and ChatGPT and runs Apple Ads, App Store optimization and creator campaigns. If you want to stay on the web, Bolt.new is the closest swap, Replit is best for a real backend, v0 for polished Next.js interfaces, Base44 for beginners, and Cursor or Claude Code if you are ready to own the code yourself.
Quick answer: Superapp is our top Lovable alternative because it is the only tool on this list that builds a native iPhone, iPad, Mac or Watch app plus its website from one project and then keeps working to get users, through SEO and AI-answer content, Apple Ads, App Store optimization and creator videos (Max plan, $100 a month, beta). The honest caveat: Superapp's public pages describe native Apple apps and a website for the app, not browser-based SaaS apps with logins, so if your product must live in a browser, start with Bolt.new (Pro from $18 a month billed annually), Replit (Core from $18 a month billed annually) or v0 (Plus $30 per user a month). Every price below was checked on the vendor's own page on 23 October 2026.
As a disclosure, Superapp is our product, so weigh this accordingly. We name 14 other tools below, say plainly where each one beats Superapp, and link every price and claim to the vendor page it came from.
Most people searching for a Lovable alternative are not unhappy with the idea of prompt-to-app building. They are unhappy with one specific thing: credits that vanish into bug fixes, an app that keeps breaking, code they cannot move, a web app when they needed an App Store app, or a launched product nobody can find. Each of those reasons has a different best answer. This guide ranks 15 tools, then sorts them by the reason you are leaving.
Why Do People Leave Lovable?
Lovable's own documentation explains most of them. Lovable is a strong product: it raised $400M at a $13.3B valuation in August 2026, per its Series C post, and holds a 4.2 TrustScore from 1,857 reviews on Trustpilot. But 16% of those reviews are one star, and the complaints cluster.
- Credit burn on fixes. Lovable charges credits per action, from 0.50 credits to change a button colour to 2.00 for a landing page with images, per its credits docs. When a fix does not work, the next attempt costs credits too. One reviewer wrote that "every additional attempt costs prompts/credits without actually resolving the problem," in a Trustpilot review from September 2026.
- Bug loops. Another reviewer wrote "THEY SAY ERRORS ARE FREE TO FIX THEY ARE NOT." in an October 2026 review. These are individual opinions, but they repeat across recent reviews.
- Frozen credits after cancelling. Lovable's subscription docs say unused subscription credits "cannot be used while your workspace is on Free". One reviewer called this "a subscription trap rather than a customer-friendly service" in a September 2026 review.
- No native mobile apps. Lovable's FAQ says it "does not generate React Native projects," and suggests a Progressive Web App or wrapping the site with a tool such as Capacitor.
- Security worries. In 2025 a researcher reported that about 170 of 1,645 scanned Lovable projects had weak database access rules, exposing data such as emails and API keys (CVE-2025-48757 statement). In April 2026 Lovable first said "We did not suffer a data breach," then admitted a change had "accidentally re-enabled access to chats on public projects," per The Register. Lovable now runs a Quick scan on every publish and offers a Deep scan, per its security docs.
A sixth reason is newer: discovery. Lovable moved new projects to server-side rendering on 13 May 2026, per its SEO docs, which fixed the old "Google sees a blank page" problem for new apps. But rendering is only step one. Only Superapp and Wix Harmony write content aimed at AI answers, and only Superapp does it for a native app.

How We Ranked These Lovable Alternatives
Superapp ranks first because it is the only tool that combines a native App Store app with an agent that keeps working after launch to bring users. The other 14 are ranked by how well they fix the most common reasons people leave Lovable, weighted by how many Lovable users have that reason.
We scored every tool on seven questions, using only the vendor's own documentation:
- What does it build: web app, native mobile app, website, internal tool?
- How is AI usage metered, and what happens when you run out?
- Can you take your code with you?
- Can it import a Lovable project?
- What happens to your live app if you stop paying?
- Will search engines and AI assistants be able to read what it builds?
- Does it do anything to get you users after launch?
We did not run timed build tests or invent scores. Where a vendor does not document something, the article says "not documented".

The 15 Best Lovable Alternatives
1. Superapp
Superapp is an AI app builder for native Apple apps that also builds the app's website and then markets both. Its homepage describes AI that "builds your iOS app or website and does your marketing while you sleep." It covers "Every Apple platform: iPhone, iPad, Watch, and Mac apps, plus your website," per superapp.dev.
What it builds: native Swift projects, not web pages wrapped as apps. Its docs say "Superapp creates native Swift projects rather than web pages wrapped as mobile apps." The website is generated from the same project: "A landing page for your app, generated from the same project and published on your own domain," per the homepage. The app website docs add a support page and a privacy page drafted from the data, accounts, permissions and services the app actually uses.
Coming from Lovable: Superapp does not convert your React code. It uses your Lovable project as a reference and rebuilds the important flows in native SwiftUI. Its migration docs say a Lovable project "can become the reference for a native Apple app" and that Superapp "does not wrap the web output or pretend that React is Swift." If your Lovable app runs on your own Supabase project, the Supabase docs say "the native Superapp client can connect to that backend," and recommend keeping the same authentication project so existing accounts keep working.
What happens after launch: this is where Superapp differs most from the other tools here. On the Max plan, its Selfdrive agent "Builds your site and writes SEO content for Google and ChatGPT." Per its SEO and GEO docs, the agent writes 40 to 50 prompts across 5 to 7 topics, modeled on how people ask ChatGPT for a product like yours, checks which products and pages ChatGPT names, and proposes articles that you approve or remove. The same agent runs Apple Ads within a budget you set, optimizes your App Store listing and briefs creators for videos.
Price: Pro is $25 a month with 50 credits and includes the website; Business is $50 a month with 110 credits; Max is $100 a month (listed against a struck-through $200) with 230 credits and adds Marketing AI, SEO, Apple Ads, App Store optimization and UGC creators, per the pricing page. Credits are metered by work done: "A substantial screen can be around one credit," per its credits docs.
Code ownership: the homepage FAQ answers "Yes. You fully own the code and can export it anytime." The FAQ page says Superapp exports the native Swift as a standard Xcode project.
Pitfall: Selfdrive is in beta, with creator campaigns in alpha, and needs an app that is already live on the App Store, per its Selfdrive docs. Superapp also says there is no guaranteed growth timeline. Its homepage FAQ adds that "Website and SEO traffic takes months."
Who it is not for: anyone whose product must run in a browser, needs Android, or is an internal tool. Superapp's public pages describe native Apple apps and a website for the app, not web apps with user accounts. If that is what you are building, Bolt.new, Replit or v0 are the right switch.
If you stop paying: "Cancelling a subscription does not delete your Superapp account or projects," per its subscription docs. What happens to a published website is not documented.
Trustpilot: no score verified.
2. Bolt.new
Bolt.new is the closest like-for-like Lovable replacement: you describe an app, it builds it in the browser, and you keep iterating by chat. ChatGPT named it first in both Lovable alternatives prompts we ran on 23 October 2026.
What it builds: web apps with a built-in Bolt Cloud database, auth, file storage and server functions. Its database docs say "Bolt creates a database automatically if your project needs one". Mobile apps come through Expo: "Expo is a platform that lets you build mobile apps for both iPhone and Android using the same code," per its Expo docs. You submit to the stores yourself with the EAS command line tool.
Coming from Lovable: Bolt has a documented Lovable import. You push your Lovable project to GitHub, then import the repo into Bolt.
Price: Free gives 1M tokens a month with a 300K daily limit. Pro is $18 a month billed annually for 10M tokens a month, and Teams is $27 per member a month billed annually, per the pricing page. Custom domains need Pro. Bolt meters by tokens: "Bolt consumes tokens when it reads, thinks about, and builds your project," per its tokens FAQ. Paid tokens roll over for two months, and reload tokens "do not expire."
SEO: Pro and above include "SEO Boost for Published Sites." Bolt's launch post describes it this way: "SEO Boosting creates a ready-to-go HTML version of each page ahead of time," per its Bolt v2 announcement.
Pitfall: larger projects burn more tokens per message because Bolt reads and syncs more files. If your Lovable pain was credit burn on a big app, Bolt can repeat it.
Who it is not for: anyone who needs a true native app in the App Store without running developer tools on their own computer. Bolt also warns: "Projects created for web do not easily switch over to mobile."
If you stop paying: you drop to Free. The "Made in Bolt" badge appears when you re-publish, and "Free plan sites stop serving content once they hit their monthly data limits," per its hosting docs.
Code: two-way GitHub sync that "checks GitHub every 30 seconds for any updates made outside Bolt," and ZIP download.
Trustpilot: 2.0 from 212 reviews on its bolt.new listing.
3. Replit
Replit is the alternative for people whose Lovable app needs a real server, background jobs or a language other than JavaScript. It combines an agent, a cloud IDE, a database, auth and deployment.
What it builds: web apps, plus native iOS and Android apps from one codebase with React Native and Expo. Its mobile docs say "Build iOS and Android apps with Agent." You can publish to TestFlight and the App Store, but not yet to Google Play. Built-in auth writes users straight to the database: "Replit Auth automatically creates user entries in your database," per its auth docs.
Coming from Lovable: Replit documents it directly. "Import a Lovable project into Replit by exporting it to GitHub, then importing that repository," per its Lovable import guide. Supabase data and secrets are not migrated, so plan that step separately.
Price: Core is $18 a month billed annually (shown against a struck-through $20) and includes $20 toward more powerful models; Pro is $90 a month billed annually (against $100), per the pricing page. Agent work uses "effort-based pricing based on request complexity," per its pricing docs, and Replit "asks for confirmation before a paid action starts." Core credits do not roll over; Pro credits carry over for two months.
SEO: Static Deployments "deliver pre-rendered HTML that search engines parse instantly," and "After every successful publish, Replit runs an SEO audit and shows an SEO rating," per its SEO docs.
Pitfall: effort-based pricing means a complex request costs more, so it may not cure spending anxiety.
Who it is not for: total beginners who never want to see code, and anyone who needs Google Play publishing today.
If you stop paying: the free Starter plan gets one published app, and "This published link will automatically go down after 30 days," per its Starter docs.
Code: ZIP download and two-way GitHub sync.
Trustpilot: 2.8 from 1,560 reviews on its Trustpilot page.
4. v0
v0 by Vercel is the best pick when your Lovable frustration is the interface: it produces polished Next.js apps with strong Git workflows. "v0 is an AI-powered development platform that turns ideas into production-ready, full-stack web apps," per its docs.
What it builds: web apps in Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind. Databases connect through integrations such as Supabase and Neon rather than a built-in database, per its database docs. There is no native mobile output.
Coming from Lovable: v0 can "Import any GitHub repo" (changelog, 28 January 2026), so a GitHub-synced Lovable project can be brought in. v0 does not publish a Lovable-specific guide.
Price: Free has a "7 message/day limit." Plus is $30 per user a month and Business $100 per user a month, billed monthly, per the pricing page. The older $20 Premium plan "is in the process of being sunsetted and is no longer available to new users," per its pricing docs. Usage is metered in tokens, and "When credits are used up, generation pauses."
SEO: v0 builds on Next.js Server Components, so crawlers get full HTML. Vercel says "Every interface you generate is fast, accessible, and SEO-optimized by default," on its blog.
Pitfall: v0 itself says "While v0 can use other frameworks, Next.js provides the most reliable results," per its full-stack docs.
Who it is not for: anyone who needs a built-in database, auth without setup, or a mobile app.
If you stop paying: not documented for deployments.
Code: "GitHub sync moves code between v0 and GitHub," per its GitHub docs, and file downloads from the Code tab were added on 16 October 2026.
Trustpilot: 1.9 from 30 reviews on its v0.dev listing.
For a direct comparison, see our v0 versus Lovable guide.
5. Base44
Base44, owned by Wix since June 2025, is the friendliest switch for non-technical builders. Its homepage promises apps "with backend, auth, payments, and hosting already built in," per base44.com.
What it builds: web apps with a built-in backend. Mobile apps are wrappers: "a lightweight native wrapper around your web app that opens only your app's URL," per its store docs. You download the store files on Builder or higher and submit them yourself.
Coming from Lovable: Base44 has a dedicated migration tool. "You can migrate an existing project from another platform directly into Base44." It needs your Supabase credentials and optional GitHub access, and only public-schema tables migrate.
Price: billed annually, Starter is $16 a month, Builder $40, Pro $80 and Elite $160, per the pricing page. Free gives 25 message credits a month. "There is no set credit amount used per message," per its credits docs; a small tweak is about 0.5 credits. Paid credits do not roll over.
SEO: Base44 prerenders pages for crawlers, with automatic titles, canonical tags, a sitemap and robots.txt. But "Base44's SEO setup is designed and supported for apps that are published on a custom domain," per its SEO docs, and "Base44 does not set a custom meta description for each page by default."
Pitfall: credits expire at the monthly reset, so unused allowance is lost.
Who it is not for: anyone who needs a real native app or wants to self-host the backend.
If you stop paying: you keep up to 5 published apps on Free and the rest are unpublished, per its billing docs.
Code: two-way GitHub sync starts on the Builder plan, per the pricing page.
Trustpilot: 2.7 from 912 reviews on its Trustpilot page. See our full Base44 vs Lovable comparison.
6. Cursor
Cursor is the move for Lovable users who have outgrown chat-only editing and are ready to work in a real codebase. It is "a coding agent for building ambitious software," per its docs.
What it builds: anything you can code. It is a desktop editor, so you choose the framework, host and database.
Coming from Lovable: sync your Lovable project to GitHub and open the folder. There is no special import because none is needed.
Price: Free, Plus $8 a month, Premium $30, Super $100 and Ultra $200, billed monthly, per the pricing page. "Every tier includes a pool of AI usage shared across Cursor and Grok," and "Your allowance refreshes weekly." Third-party models are billed separately at API prices.
News: "Cursor has officially been acquired by SpaceX," per its 14 August 2026 post.
Pitfall: you now own hosting, databases, auth and deployment.
Who it is not for: non-coders. Cursor is not a no-code builder.
If you stop paying: your code stays in your folder; the Free tier remains.
Trustpilot: 1.5 from 349 reviews on its Trustpilot page.
7. Claude Code
Claude Code is Anthropic's coding agent, and the strongest pick for developers who want an agent working directly in a repository. "Claude Code is an AI-powered coding assistant that helps you build features," per its docs.
What it builds: anything you can code, from the terminal, an IDE, the desktop app or the web.
Coming from Lovable: open your GitHub-synced Lovable repo. Cloud sessions "need access to your GitHub repositories to clone code and push branches," per its web docs.
Price: included in Claude Pro at $20 a month billed monthly, or $17 a month with an annual subscription ($200 billed up front); Max starts at $100 a month, per Claude pricing. The Free plan does not include Claude Code. "Every plan has usage limits that reset on a rolling five-hour session window."
Pitfall: like Cursor, you deploy and host elsewhere.
Who it is not for: anyone who wants a hosted app at the end without setting up infrastructure.
If you stop paying: your code stays in your repo; pay-as-you-go API access remains.
Trustpilot: 1.5 from 2,070 reviews on the Claude listing, which covers all of Claude, not Claude Code alone. See our Lovable vs Claude Code guide.
8. Bubble
Bubble is the most mature no-code platform here, and one of the few that builds true native mobile apps. "Design, build, and publish for iOS and Android without code," per bubble.io/mobile.
What it builds: web apps and React Native mobile apps, with a built-in database. Bubble "packages your app and submits builds directly from the editor, with no Xcode or Android Studio."
Coming from Lovable: Bubble's app import is designed to work with Lovable exports, uploaded as a ZIP. "Import is in beta and available to a subset of users for now." Bubble warns: "An exported codebase often isn't complete on its own."
Price: Starter $59 a month, Growth $209 and Team $549, billed annually, per the pricing page. The web-only Starter plan rose on 20 October 2026 to "$39/month on a monthly plan, or $32/month on an annual plan," per its Agent 2 post. Usage is metered in workload units, with AI credits added on 6 October 2026.
Pitfall: no code export. "We do not support on-premise self-hosting or code exports at this time," per its export help.
Who it is not for: anyone leaving Lovable because of lock-in.
If you stop paying: paid features, including custom domains, "are not deleted but temporarily disabled," and app data stays intact, per its downgrade help.
Trustpilot: 3.0 from 169 reviews on its Trustpilot page.
9. Google AI Studio
Google AI Studio's Build mode is the free way to keep prompting apps into existence, on Google's stack. It builds "web apps with full-stack runtimes," per its Build mode docs, with a React frontend and Node.js server.
What it builds: web apps, and since Google I/O on 19 May 2026, native Android apps in Kotlin with one-click publishing to the Google Play internal test track, per Google's I/O post. It provisions Firebase automatically, per Firebase's docs. iOS output is not documented.
Coming from Lovable: Build mode has "Import from GitHub" in its add-files menu.
Price: AI Studio sits in the Gemini API free plan with a modest quota. The Starter Tier deploys to Cloud Run without a card: "You can deploy a maximum of two applications," per Google Cloud's blog.
Pitfall: on the Starter Tier, files written to disk "will vanish when the container scales to zero."
Who it is not for: anyone who needs iOS, custom domains documented out of the box, or SEO guidance; none is documented for Build mode.
If you stop paying: the Starter Tier needs no payment method.
Code: ZIP export and two-way GitHub sync.
Trustpilot: 2.3 from 16 reviews on its Trustpilot page.
10. Wix Harmony
Wix Harmony is the right switch if what you built in Lovable was really a business website. "Wix Harmony uniquely combines vibe coding with Wix's powerful visual editing capabilities," per its launch announcement on 21 January 2026.
What it builds: websites with stores, bookings and courses, plus AI-generated custom elements.
Coming from Lovable: not supported. "Currently, importing a site created outside of Wix is not supported," per Wix support.
Price: at launch Wix listed Light at $17 a month, Core $29, Business $39 and Business Elite $159, billed annually, per its Harmony pricing post. Prices vary by region.
SEO: the strongest here for a website. "Wix Harmony makes it straightforward to optimize for AI search with Wix's GEO features," per its AI search guide, including the AI Visibility Overview and IndexNow.
Pitfall: "Currently, it is not possible to back up your site externally," per Wix support.
Who it is not for: anyone building an app with user accounts and data. That is Base44's job inside Wix.
If you stop paying: "If you cancel your plan, your site is still active and can be viewed online," with Wix ads, per its cancellation help.
Trustpilot: 3.4 from 29,254 reviews on its company listing, covering all of Wix.
11. FlutterFlow
FlutterFlow is the visual route to a cross-platform mobile app with exportable code. "Quickly setup a database using our Firebase & Supabase integrations," per flutterflow.io.
What it builds: Flutter apps for mobile, web and desktop, with "One-Click App Store Deployment" from the Basic plan.
Coming from Lovable: no import. GitHub sync is one way: "FlutterFlow always pushes changes to a branch named flutterflow," per its GitHub docs. You rebuild screens visually.
Price: Free, Basic $39 a month, Growth $80 for the first seat and Business $150 for the first seat, per the pricing page. Annual billing saves about 25%.
SEO: page titles, an SEO title and an indexing toggle for web, per its web publishing docs. Server-side rendering is not stated.
Pitfall: "AI Agent is available only in the FlutterFlow desktop app," per its AI agent docs.
Who it is not for: anyone who wants to keep prompting rather than designing visually.
If you stop paying: "Any other projects won't be deleted, but will be archived," per its downgrade docs.
Trustpilot: 2.5 from 23 reviews on its Trustpilot page.
12. Hostinger AI Builder
Hostinger AI Builder, formed by merging Hostinger's website builder and Horizons, per its 24 August 2026 update, is the cheapest way to keep building web apps by chat. "Build and launch web apps without coding," per its AI website builder page.
What it builds: websites in manual mode and web apps in agentic mode, with database, logins, email and storage. "we do not offer mobile app development for iOS or Android," per its FAQ.
Coming from Lovable: not into the AI Builder. The same FAQ says "you are unable to import your custom codes from 3rd party platforms like GitHub." Hostinger's regular web hosting can host a Lovable repo on Business Web or Cloud plans, per its hosting guide.
Price: promotional prices start at $2.49 a month, and "All plans are paid upfront," per its AI Builder page. Prices renew higher.
SEO: "Built-in SEO tools help your site get discovered across Google and AI search, with no plugins to manage."
Pitfall: "Your project becomes unavailable immediately if your hosting plan expires, until you renew it," per its hosting requirements.
Who it is not for: anyone comparing month-to-month costs or needing mobile apps.
Code: "source code access is also available," per its AI website builder page.
Trustpilot: 4.6 from 73,377 reviews on its Trustpilot page, covering all Hostinger products, mostly hosting.
13. Emergent
Emergent is a heavily funded agent builder: "Transform ideas into production-ready web and mobile apps with vibe coding," per emergent.sh. It raised $130M at a $1.5B valuation in July 2026, per SiliconAngle.
What it builds: web and mobile apps with built-in databases, APIs and hosting.
Coming from Lovable: a Lovable or GitHub import is not documented.
Price: Free gives 10 credits a month; Standard is $20 a month or $17 billed annually with 100 credits; Pro $200 or $167 with 750 credits, per the pricing page. Keeping an app live costs credits: "A live app costs 50-1,100 credits per month (depending on your publishing tier)," per its publishing docs.
SEO: Emergent says it plainly: "Emergent apps draw their pages with JavaScript, which search engines can struggle to read." Its fix is an "Enable SEO" toggle, per its Google docs.
Pitfall: hosting eats the same credits you build with.
Who it is not for: anyone leaving Lovable because credits run out too fast.
Code: "You own all the code Emergent generates," with GitHub integration from Standard.
Trustpilot: 2.8 from 653 reviews on its Trustpilot page. See our Emergent alternatives guide.
14. Dyad
Dyad is the free, open source answer to Lovable lock-in: a desktop app where "Your app is normal code in a folder you keep," per its docs. Its homepage promises "Export clean, runnable code. No lock-in, ever."
What it builds: JavaScript web apps. "Dyad only supports JavaScript-based apps at this time," per its FAQ. Mobile is experimental hybrid support through Capacitor, which you build in Xcode or Android Studio yourself, per its mobile guide.
Coming from Lovable: Dyad names Lovable directly in its import guide: "If you've built your app using tools like Lovable, V0, Bolt..." Import is experimental.
Price: free with your own API key; Pro is "$20/month" with "200 AI credits/month" and Max "$79/month," per Dyad Pro.
Pitfall: you host it yourself; the documented route is GitHub plus Vercel.
Who it is not for: anyone who wants hosting, a database and deployment handled for them.
If you stop paying: you are downgraded to a free account and keep your code, per its cancellation policy.
Trustpilot: no listing found.
15. Softr
Softr is the right switch if your Lovable project was really a client portal or internal tool. "Build secure portals and internal tools, no developer required," per softr.io.
What it builds: portals, internal tools and dashboards with a built-in database, permissions and user login. Mobile means a PWA.
Coming from Lovable: no import; data comes in by CSV or from Airtable.
Price: Basic is $19 a month billed annually or $25 monthly, Pro $99 or $119, Business $329 or $395, per its pricing docs.
Pitfall: no code to take with you. Softr says it "doesn't hand you code to maintain later."
Who it is not for: consumer apps and anything that needs custom code.
If you stop paying: "your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period."
Trustpilot: 4.4 from 74 reviews on its Trustpilot page.
Best Lovable Alternative by Your Reason for Leaving
Superapp is the pick when the reason is mobile or growth; the other reasons map to different tools.
| Your reason for leaving Lovable | Best pick | Why | Runner-up |
|---|---|---|---|
| I need a real App Store app | Superapp | Native Swift for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Watch, with App Store publishing | Bubble |
| I launched and nobody finds it | Superapp | Selfdrive writes SEO and AI-answer content and runs Apple Ads (Max, beta) | Wix Harmony for a business website |
| Credits disappear on fixes | Cursor or Claude Code | You fix code directly instead of paying per prompt | Dyad with your own API key |
| The app keeps breaking | Replit | Full IDE, checkpoints and a real backend | Claude Code |
| I want my code and no lock-in | Dyad | Open source, code in your folder | Cursor |
| I want the closest experience | Bolt.new | Same prompt-to-app flow, documented Lovable import | Base44 |

| I need the cheapest option | Google AI Studio | Free Starter Tier deploys | Hostinger AI Builder |
| It was really an internal tool | Softr | Portals and permissions on your data | Base44 |
Can You Import a Lovable Project?
Superapp imports a Lovable project as a reference and rebuilds it natively, keeping your Supabase backend; it does not copy the React code. For a web-to-web move, Bolt.new, Replit and Base44 document Lovable imports.
| Tool | Lovable import | How |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp | Yes, as a reference for a native rebuild | Share the project, screenshots and backend; connect your own Supabase |
| Bolt.new | Yes, documented | Push to GitHub, import the repo |
| Replit | Yes, documented | Export to GitHub, import; Supabase data and secrets not migrated |
| v0 | Any GitHub repo | Import the synced repo |

| Dyad | Yes, experimental | Import a Node.js project folder |
| Softr | No | CSV or Airtable data only |
What Happens to Your App If You Stop Paying?
Superapp keeps your account and projects when you cancel, but does not document what happens to a published website. Lovable is generous here: published apps stay live on Free. Check this table before you move anything important.
| Tool | What the vendor says |
|---|---|
| Superapp | Account and projects are kept; website behavior not documented |
| Lovable (baseline) | Published apps stay live on Free; unused subscription credits are frozen |
| Bolt.new | Drops to Free; badge added on re-publish; free sites stop at data limits |
| Replit | Free Starter's single published app goes down after 30 days |
| v0 | Not documented for deployments |
| Base44 | Up to 5 apps stay published; the rest are unpublished |
| Cursor | Code stays in your folder |
| Claude Code | Code stays in your repo |
| Bubble | Paid features including custom domains disabled; data kept |
| Google AI Studio | Starter Tier needs no payment method |
| Wix Harmony | Site stays live on a free Wix address with ads |

| Dyad | Downgraded to free; code stays local |
| Softr | Active to the end of the billing period; after that not documented |
Which Lovable Alternatives Let You Own Your Code?
Superapp exports a standard Xcode project you own. Most code-based builders let you leave with your code; the no-code platforms mostly do not.
| Tool | Code ownership |
|---|---|
| Superapp | Native Swift as an Xcode project; "You fully own the code and can export it anytime" |
| Bolt.new | Two-way GitHub sync and ZIP download |
| Replit | Two-way GitHub sync and ZIP download |
| v0 | GitHub sync and code export |
| Base44 | Two-way GitHub sync on Builder and above |
| Cursor | Code lives in your folder |
| Claude Code | Code lives in your repo |
| Bubble | No code export |
| Google AI Studio | ZIP export and two-way GitHub sync |
| Wix Harmony | No external backup |
| FlutterFlow | Code download from Basic; GitHub from Growth |
| Hostinger AI Builder | Complete source code export |
| Emergent | "You own all the code"; GitHub from Standard |
| Dyad | Open source; code in your folder |
| Softr | No code |
Which Lovable Alternatives Build Native Mobile Apps?
Superapp builds native Swift apps for every Apple platform and publishes to the App Store without a Mac. Lovable builds none. Here is what each alternative actually produces.
| Tool | Mobile output | Store publishing |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp | Native Swift for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Watch | App Store; no Android |
| Bolt.new | Expo (React Native) | You submit with EAS on your own computer |
| Replit | Expo for iOS and Android | App Store yes; Google Play not yet |
| v0 | None | n/a |
| Base44 | Wrapper around the web app | You download files and submit (Builder and above) |
| Cursor | Whatever you code | You handle it |
| Claude Code | Whatever you code | You handle it |
| Bubble | React Native | Submits from the editor |
| Google AI Studio | Native Android (Kotlin) | Google Play internal test track |
| Wix Harmony | None | n/a |

| Dyad | Capacitor, experimental | You build in Xcode or Android Studio |
| Softr | PWA | No |

Will Google and ChatGPT Be Able to Find What You Build?
Superapp and Wix Harmony are the only alternatives here that write content to get you found in Google and AI answers, not just render pages crawlers can read, and Superapp is the only one doing it for a native app. Rendering matters first: a page that loads its content with JavaScript can look empty to some crawlers.
| Tool | Crawlable output | Help getting found |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp | Website generated from your app on your own domain | Selfdrive researches ChatGPT answers and writes articles you approve (Max, beta) |
| Bolt.new | SEO Boost prerendering on Pro and above | Not documented |
| Replit | Pre-rendered static deployments | SEO audit after every publish; SEO Agent on paid plans |
| v0 | Next.js Server Components | Metadata generated by default |
| Base44 | Prerendered for crawlers on a custom domain | Sitemap and robots.txt |
| Cursor | Depends on what you build | No |
| Claude Code | Depends on what you build | No |
| Bubble | Rendering not documented | Page SEO settings and sitemaps |
| Google AI Studio | Not documented | No |
| Wix Harmony | Yes | AI Visibility Overview, IndexNow, structured data |
| FlutterFlow | Flutter web; SSR not stated | SEO title and indexing toggle |
| Hostinger AI Builder | Yes | Built-in SEO for Google and AI search |
| Emergent | JavaScript pages; prerender toggle | "Enable SEO" setting |
| Dyad | Depends on what you build | No |
| Softr | Yes | SEO settings |
Lovable itself now server-renders new projects and offers an on-demand SEO and AI review, which closes much of the old gap. What it does not do is research what AI assistants say about your category and write the articles that change it. Among the alternatives, Superapp does this for apps, and Wix Harmony's marketing agent drafts blog posts for websites. OpenAI says any public website can appear in ChatGPT search, and that to show up in summaries and snippets a site must not block OAI-SearchBot, per its help center. There is no shortcut, only content AI assistants choose to cite.
Which Lovable Alternatives Help You Get Users After Launch?
Superapp is the only tool on this list whose agent runs Apple Ads, App Store optimization and creator campaigns after the product ships. Wix Harmony's marketing agent drafts blog posts for websites; most other alternatives stop at deploy.
| Tool | After-launch help |
|---|---|
| Superapp | Apple Ads within your budget, App Store optimization, website SEO and GEO articles, creator campaigns, one email each morning (Max, beta) |
| Bolt.new | Not documented |
| Replit | SEO audit and SEO Agent |
| v0 | Not documented |
| Base44 | Not documented |
| Cursor | No |
| Claude Code | No |
| Bubble | Not documented |
| Google AI Studio | No |
| Wix Harmony | Marketing agent drafts blog posts; AI Visibility Overview |
| FlutterFlow | No |
| Hostinger AI Builder | Built-in SEO tools |
| Emergent | Not documented |
| Dyad | No |
| Softr | No |
Superapp's Selfdrive page says "Nothing goes live without you." Listing changes, creator briefs and creator videos wait for your approval, and creators are paid only after you approve their video.
How Do AI Credits Work Across Lovable Alternatives?
Superapp meters building by the work done, at three times the underlying model and tool cost, per its credits docs. Every builder meters differently, and the meter is often the real reason a bill surprises you.
| Tool | How usage is metered | When you run out |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp | Credits by work done; a substantial screen is around one credit | Top-ups last twelve months |
| Lovable (baseline) | Credits per action, 0.50 to 2.00 for common tasks | Daily credits reset; top-ups last 12 months |
| Bolt.new | Tokens; larger projects use more per message | Upgrade or buy reload tokens that do not expire |
| Replit | Effort-based; confirmation before paid actions | Credit packs and budget caps |
| v0 | Tokens converted to credits | "generation pauses" |
| Base44 | Credits by work done; small tweak about 0.5 | Wait for reset or upgrade |
| Cursor | Weekly usage pool shared with Grok | Top-offs or wait for refresh |
| Claude Code | Five-hour session window plus weekly limits | Wait, upgrade or pay API rates |
| Bubble | Workload units plus AI credits | Overages or a higher tier |
| Google AI Studio | Daily quota | Continue with a billed API key |
| Wix Harmony | AI credits calculated after an action | Top-ups not available on Premium plans |
| FlutterFlow | AI requests plus Lite credits | Not documented |
| Hostinger AI Builder | Credits per request; top-ups expire after 3 months | Buy a top-up |
| Emergent | Credits for building and hosting | Build pauses; work is kept |
| Dyad | Own API key free; Pro credits | Reload credits |
| Softr | AI credits by task and size | AI features pause until reset |
How Much Do Lovable Alternatives Cost?
Superapp's website and app building start at $25 a month on Pro, and the marketing agent comes with Max at $100 a month. Billing basis changes the number a lot, so each price below says how it is billed.

|---|---|---|---|
| Superapp | Yes, free credits in most countries | Pro $25; Max $100 for marketing | Per month |
| Lovable (baseline) | 5 daily credits, up to 30 a month | Pro $25 | Monthly, or $250 a year |
| Bolt.new | 1M tokens a month | Pro $18 | Billed annually |
| Replit | Starter, one app for 30 days | Core $18 | Billed annually |
| v0 | 7 messages a day | Plus $30 per user | Monthly |
| Base44 | 25 message credits a month | Starter $16 | Billed annually |
| Cursor | Yes | Plus $8 | Monthly |

| Emergent | 10 credits a month | Standard $20, or $17 annual | Monthly or annual |
| Dyad | Yes, own API key | Pro $20 | Monthly |
| Softr | Yes | Basic $25 monthly, $19 annual | Monthly or annual |
Lovable Alternatives on Trustpilot
Superapp has no verified Trustpilot score yet. For the others, these are the scores shown on 23 October 2026. Trustpilot rates whole companies, so the Wix, Hostinger and Claude scores cover far more than the builder, and low scores in this category usually come from billing and support complaints.
| Tool | TrustScore | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp | No score verified | n/a |
| Lovable (baseline) | 4.2 | 1,857 |
| Bolt.new | 2.0 | 212 |

Lovable vs Superapp: Web App or Native App?
Superapp and Lovable solve different problems, and the honest choice depends on where your users will open your product.
| Question | Superapp | Lovable |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp or Lovable: what do you get? | A native Apple app plus its website | A web app |
| App Store | Native Swift, published from the browser | PWA or wrapper |
| Android | No | Runs in any browser |
| Web app with logins | Not described on public pages | Yes |
| Backend | Superapp Cloud or your own Supabase | Lovable Cloud or Supabase |
| Code | Xcode project you own | GitHub sync on all plans |
| After launch | SEO and AI-answer content, Apple Ads, ASO, creators (Max, beta) | On-demand SEO and AI review |
| Entry price | Pro $25 a month | Pro $25 a month |
Choose Superapp if your users will find you in the App Store or you want the product marketed for you. Stay on Lovable, or move to Bolt.new or Replit, if your product is a browser app that people log into.
Superapp vs Bolt.new vs Replit
| Question | Superapp | Bolt.new | Replit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superapp, Bolt or Replit: best for | Native Apple apps that need users | The closest Lovable swap | Apps with a real backend |
| Mobile | Native Swift | Expo, you submit | Expo, App Store yes |
| Lovable import | As a reference for a native rebuild | Documented, via GitHub | Documented, via GitHub |
| Metering | Credits by work done | Tokens | Effort-based |
| SEO | Website plus SEO and GEO articles (Max) | SEO Boost on Pro | Static prerender and SEO audit |
| Entry price | Pro $25 a month | Pro $18 a month, annual | Core $18 a month, annual |
Staying on the Web vs Going Native
Superapp exists because some Lovable projects were always meant to be apps. Ask three questions:
- Where will your users open it? If they will search the App Store or expect an icon on their home screen with push notifications, go native.
- Does it need to work on Android and desktop browsers on day one? If yes, stay on the web, or use Bubble, FlutterFlow or Replit for cross-platform.
- Is the product mostly forms, dashboards and data? Then a web app or an internal tool builder such as Softr is the simpler path.
Apple also expects more than a wrapped website. App Review Guideline 4.2 says an app should include features, content and UI that elevate it beyond a repackaged website, per Apple's App Review Guidelines. That is why Superapp rebuilds Lovable projects natively instead of wrapping them.
The Credit-Burn Trap, and Which Alternatives Fix It
Superapp cannot promise you will never pay for a bad fix; no AI builder can. What changes the math is how a tool charges and whether you can fix things yourself.
- Tools that bill per prompt or per token (Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Base44, Emergent) charge you again when a fix fails. Bolt's larger projects also cost more per message.
- Effort-based billing (Replit) asks before paid actions start, which at least makes the cost visible.
- Code editors (Cursor, Claude Code) and Dyad let you read the code and fix a bug directly, which ends the loop.
- Superapp lets you work on the same project on the Mac with Claude Code, Codex, Xcode or another local coding agent, per its local coding agents docs, so you can fix a stubborn bug by hand.
The cheapest fix for a bug loop is usually to stop prompting, read the error, and describe it precisely. That works in every tool.
What Lovable Still Does Well
Superapp is our pick for native apps, but Lovable remains a good product for browser apps, and leaving is not always right.
- Your published apps stay live on Free, which is more generous than Replit, Base44 or Hostinger.
- Two-way GitHub sync is on every plan, so you are less locked in than on Bubble, Wix or Softr.
- New projects are server-rendered and get an on-demand SEO and AI review with one-click fixes.
- Unused plan credits roll over, unlike Base44 or Replit Core.
- Its Trustpilot score, 4.2 from 1,857 reviews, is higher than Bolt.new, Replit, v0, Base44 or Emergent.
If your app works and your issue is cost, try smaller, more specific prompts and Plan mode before you migrate.
Migrating Off Lovable: A Checklist
Superapp's docs recommend running old and new versions side by side until the new one is tested; that applies to any move.
- Sync your project to GitHub and confirm the repo builds.
- Export your database schema and data, and note where your Supabase project lives.
- Save environment variables separately; never paste secret keys into a chat.
- Write down known bugs and the flows that matter most.
- Pick your target by reason for leaving, using the table above.
- Rebuild or import one core flow first, not the whole app.
- Keep the same authentication project if existing users must keep their accounts.
- Test with real users before switching your domain or store listing.
Choose Your Lovable Alternative in Five Questions
- Do your users need an App Store app, or do you want the product marketed for you? Choose Superapp.
- Do you want the same experience with a different meter? Choose Bolt.new.
- Does the app need a real server or background jobs? Choose Replit.
- Are you ready to read and edit code? Choose Cursor or Claude Code, or Dyad if you want it free and open source.
- Was it really a website, portal or internal tool? Choose Wix Harmony, Softr or Base44.
Also Considered
Superapp remains our first pick for a native app over all four of these, but each fits a narrower job.
| Tool | Best for | Why it is not ranked |
|---|---|---|
| Superapp (for comparison) | Native Apple apps that need users | Ranked first above |
| Adalo | No-code native iOS, Android and web apps from one project | $65 a month entry, and only a sample of code on Builder |
| Vibecode | Native Swift and cross-platform apps from your phone | Its pricing page and FAQ disagree on which plans can download code |
| Glide | Internal business apps as PWAs | No direct App Store or Google Play publishing |
| Framer and Webflow | Marketing sites | Website builders, not app builders |
Adalo builds "native iOS, Android, and web apps from one project, no code required," per adalo.com, with Builder at $65 a month. Vibecode's plans start at $20 a month with $20 of AI credits, per its pricing page. Glide's current plans start at $25 a month, per its pricing page.

The Bottom Line
Superapp is the best Lovable alternative if you need a native App Store app or want the product marketed after launch, because it builds the app and its website from one project and its Selfdrive agent works on users every day. For a browser app, Bolt.new is the closest swap, Replit the strongest backend, v0 the best interface, Base44 the easiest, and Cursor, Claude Code or Dyad the way to own your code outright.
FAQ
What is the best alternative to Lovable?
Superapp is the best Lovable alternative if you want a native Apple app and a product that gets users, because it builds the app and its website from one project and then markets both. For a browser-based web app, Bolt.new is the closest swap and Replit is best for a real backend.
Why do people leave Lovable?
The most common reasons are credits spent on fixes that do not work, bug loops, frozen credits after cancelling, no native mobile apps, and security concerns after reported incidents in 2025 and April 2026. Lovable's own docs confirm that unused subscription credits cannot be used on the Free plan.
Can Lovable make native mobile apps?
No. Lovable's FAQ says it does not generate React Native projects, and suggests a Progressive Web App or wrapping the site with a tool such as Capacitor. Superapp builds native Swift apps instead.
What is the best Lovable alternative for a mobile app?
Superapp for a native iPhone, iPad, Mac or Watch app, published to the App Store from the browser. Bubble and FlutterFlow are the best no-code options if you also need Android.
What is the best Lovable alternative for a web app?
Bolt.new for the closest experience, Replit for a real backend, and v0 for polished Next.js interfaces. Superapp's public pages describe native Apple apps and a website for the app, not web apps with logins.
Is Bolt better than Lovable?
Bolt is very similar. It meters by tokens instead of credits, rolls paid tokens over for two months, and documents a Lovable import through GitHub. Larger projects use more tokens per message, so it does not automatically cost less.
Is there a Lovable alternative with cheaper or clearer pricing?
Google AI Studio has a free Starter Tier, Dyad is free with your own API key, and Cursor starts at $8 a month. Replit asks for confirmation before paid actions, which makes costs more visible.
Which Lovable alternative lets me own my code?
Dyad, Cursor and Claude Code keep code in your own folder or repo. Bolt.new, Replit, v0 and Google AI Studio sync to GitHub, Hostinger exports source code, and Superapp exports a native Xcode project you own. Bubble, Wix Harmony and Softr do not export code.
Is Superapp a good Lovable alternative?
Yes, if your product should be a native Apple app or you want marketing handled after launch. No, if your product must run in a browser, needs Android, or is an internal tool.
Can I move my Lovable app to native mobile?
Yes. Superapp uses a Lovable project as a reference and rebuilds the important flows in native SwiftUI, and can connect to your existing Supabase backend so accounts keep working. It does not wrap the web app.
Is Lovable being discontinued?
No. Lovable raised $400M at a $13.3B valuation in August 2026 and keeps shipping features, including long-running builds and a mobile app for building on your phone.
Which Lovable alternative is best for beginners?
Base44, because backend, auth, payments and hosting are built in and it has a Lovable migration tool. Softr is easier still for portals and internal tools.
What is the best free Lovable alternative?
Google AI Studio, whose Starter Tier deploys up to two apps without a card, and Dyad, which is free and open source with your own API key. Superapp, Bolt.new, Base44 and v0 also have free plans with limits.
Lovable vs Bubble: which is better?
Lovable is faster for prompt-built web apps and syncs code to GitHub. Bubble is more mature, builds React Native mobile apps and submits them from the editor, but does not export code.
Do I need to code to use a Lovable alternative?
Not for Superapp, Bolt.new, Base44, Bubble, Wix Harmony, Softr or Hostinger AI Builder. Cursor and Claude Code expect you to work with code.
Which Lovable alternative helps you get users after launch?
Superapp's agent runs Apple Ads, App Store optimization, website SEO and AI-answer content, and creator campaigns, on the Max plan in beta. Wix Harmony's marketing agent drafts blog posts for websites.
Will my app rank on Google if I switch from Lovable?
It depends on rendering and content. v0, Replit static deployments, Bolt's SEO Boost and Base44 prerendering give crawlers HTML. Lovable now server-renders new projects too. Ranking still needs useful content and links.
What happens to my Lovable app if I cancel?
Lovable's docs say published apps stay live on the Free plan, the project is kept, and the Lovable badge returns on your next publish. Unused subscription credits are frozen until you upgrade again.
Can Bolt or Replit import my Lovable project?
Yes. Both document a Lovable import through GitHub. Replit notes that Supabase data and secrets are not migrated, so plan that step separately.
Which Lovable alternative is best for iOS and Android?
Bubble and FlutterFlow publish to both stores from one project, and Replit builds both with Expo but cannot publish to Google Play yet. Superapp is the native choice for Apple platforms only.
Is Base44 cheaper than Lovable?
Base44's Starter plan is $16 a month billed annually against Lovable Pro at $25 a month, but Base44 credits do not roll over and Lovable's do. Compare the credits you actually use.
Is Cursor a Lovable alternative?
Only if you will work with code. Cursor is an AI code editor, so you take on hosting, database and deployment yourself. Cursor was acquired by SpaceX in August 2026.
Is Dyad a good free Lovable alternative?
Yes for JavaScript web apps you are happy to host yourself. Dyad is open source, imports Lovable projects experimentally and keeps code in your folder.
Does Superapp build web apps like Lovable?
Superapp's public pages describe native Apple apps plus a website generated for the app, not browser-based web apps with user accounts. For those, Bolt.new, Replit or v0 are better fits.
Is Lovable safe to use after the security reports?
Lovable now runs a Quick security scan on every publish and offers a Deep scan and third-party connectors. Whichever builder you use, check database access rules and never expose secret keys in the client.
What is the best Lovable alternative for a business website?
Wix Harmony, for its SEO and AI visibility tools, or Hostinger AI Builder if price matters most. Superapp is the pick when the website exists to promote an app.
Can I use Lovable and Superapp together?
Yes. Superapp's migration docs say web-only admin and marketing pages can stay on your existing site while Superapp builds the native app, connected to the same Supabase backend.
