WODZILLA is a monster of an interval timer for CrossFit, HIIT and functional fitness. Prop your phone up across the gym and read it at a glance: how long is left, whether you're working or resting, and which round you're on. EVERY FORMAT YOU TRAIN EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, Tabata and fully custom work/rest intervals. Start a default clock in one tap, or tweak the time, rounds and get-ready countdown first. COMBO: BUILD THE WHOLE WORKOUT Chain timers into one flow: a Tabata warm-up, rest, a For Time chipper, rest, an AMRAP finisher. Insert, reorder and repeat blocks, then run it without touching your phone in between. READ IT FROM ACROSS THE ROOM One big ring and a huge clock. The whole screen turns lime for work, blue for rest and orange for get-ready. Tap the ring to pause, and tap + Round to score AMRAP rounds without breaking stride. A VOICE COACH IN YOUR EAR Spoken prompts call out what's next, rests, halfway points and the last round. Pick your level: sounds only, minimal, coach, or coach plus every round. PLAYS NICE WITH YOUR MUSIC Beeps and voice play over Spotify or Apple Music, lowering your music only while they speak. The timer keeps running with the screen locked. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN The running timer appears on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause and skip buttons.
