Best AI Blog Website Builders in 2026: 15 Tools Compared

We compared 15 AI blog website builders and writers on what they write, how they pick topics, whether a human approves each post, and what they cost.

Best AI Blog Website Builders: The Short Answer

Superapp is the best AI blog website builder in 2026 if your site promotes an app: it builds the website from your app project, researches what ChatGPT says about your category, proposes articles you approve, then writes and publishes them for you. For a general business blog, Wix is the best all-in-one pick, Durable is the best for a small service business, Leadpages is the best for scheduled drafts on a budget, and WordPress.com plus an AI writer such as Koala Writer or Outrank is the best route for a large content site.

Quick answer: Superapp is our top AI blog website builder because its Selfdrive agent plans posts from real ChatGPT answers about your category, waits for your approval, then writes and publishes each article to the website Superapp built for your app (Max plan, $100 a month, beta). The honest caveat: Superapp builds websites for apps, so it is not the tool for a recipe, travel or book blog. For those, Wix (its Kleo agent drafts posts you approve), Durable (its Blog Agent saves drafts for review) and Leadpages (scheduled drafts from $29 a month) fit better. Every price and quote below was checked on the vendor's own page on 25 October 2026.

As a disclosure, Superapp is our product, so weigh this accordingly. We name 14 other tools below, say plainly where each one beats Superapp, and link every claim to the page it came from.

"AI blog website builder" now means three different products. Some builders give you an AI writer you prompt one post at a time. Some run an agent that plans topics and drafts on a schedule. And some AI writers do not build a site at all; they publish into the blog you already have. This guide ranks 15 tools across all three, then compares them on the one question that matters most for search: does a human approve each post before it goes live?

What Is an AI Blog Website Builder?

Superapp's definition is the narrowest: the same product builds the site and keeps publishing articles to it. More broadly, an AI blog website builder is any tool that both hosts a blog and uses AI to write posts for it. AI writers that only publish into another platform are close cousins, and they are included here because ChatGPT recommends them for the same question.

The three kinds, with the tools in each:

  1. Builders with an AI writer you prompt: Hostinger, Squarespace, WordPress.com, 10Web, Framer. You ask for a post; it writes a draft.
  2. Builders with a content agent: Superapp, Wix, Durable, Leadpages. The agent plans topics and drafts on its own schedule; you approve.
  3. AI writers that publish into your CMS: Koala Writer, Outrank, Autoblogging.ai, SEObot, Arvow. They pick keywords, write and publish to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost and others.

Does Google Penalize AI-Written Blog Posts?

Superapp's agent asks for approval before publishing for a reason: Google does not ban AI content, but it does penalize scale without value. Google's guidance on generative AI content warns that "using generative AI tools or other similar tools to generate many pages without adding value for users may violate" its scaled content abuse policy, and says it is critical to "manually factcheck and review all AI-generated content for accuracy and trustworthiness before publishing."

In practice that means three things for any tool on this list:

  • Approval matters. A builder that publishes every draft automatically makes it easy to publish many weak pages.
  • Specifics matter. Posts built on your real product, prices and experience add value; generic summaries do not.
  • Volume is not the goal. The vendors that let you set a schedule also let you set it to weekly, not hourly.

How We Ranked These AI Blog Builders

Superapp ranks first because it is the only tool here that combines four things: it builds the site, picks topics from AI search data, requires approval, and publishes automatically after you approve. We scored every tool on six questions, using only vendor documentation:

  1. Does it build and host the website, or only publish into another CMS?
  2. What does the AI actually write: full posts, images, meta, internal links?
  3. How does it choose topics?
  4. Does a human approve each post, or does it publish on its own?
  5. Does it do anything for AI search, such as ChatGPT or AI Overviews?
  6. What does the entry plan with AI blogging cost?

We did not run ranking tests or invent traffic results. Where a vendor does not document something, the article says so.

The 15 Best AI Blog Website Builders

1. Superapp

Superapp is an AI app builder that also builds the app's website and then keeps that website growing. Its homepage describes "A landing page for your app, generated from the same project and published on your own domain," per superapp.dev.

What the AI writes: on the Max plan, the Selfdrive agent "Builds your site and writes SEO content for Google and ChatGPT." Its Website and SEO page says to "Plan a blog around the problems your audience searches for."

How it picks topics: this is where Superapp differs from the rest. Per its SEO and GEO docs, the agent writes 40 to 50 prompts across 5 to 7 topics, modeled on how someone would ask ChatGPT for a product like yours, and "The prompts find your category, never your brand name." For each prompt it records ChatGPT's answer, the products it named, the pages it cited and the web searches it ran. Articles are proposed from that research.

Approval and publishing: you review the proposed list in the SEO tab, and you approve or remove articles. Approved articles are written by a daily job and published to your website, and the agent reports each one in chat.

Price: Pro is $25 a month with 50 credits and includes the website; Max is $100 a month (listed against a struck-through $200) with 230 credits and adds Marketing AI and SEO, per the pricing page. The same agent also runs Apple Ads, App Store optimization and creator campaigns.

Pitfall: Selfdrive is in beta, with creator campaigns in alpha, and needs an app already live on the App Store, per its Selfdrive docs. Its SEO and GEO docs add that the research "is not daily tracking and has no visibility score," and Selfdrive "does not guarantee rankings or mentions."

Who it is not for: anyone whose blog is not about an app. A food, travel or personal blog belongs on Wix, WordPress.com or Ghost.

2. Wix

Wix is the strongest all-in-one choice for a general business blog. Its Marketing Agent, Kleo, "helps you manage and optimize your marketing efforts," per Wix support, and builds a content plan that includes blog posts.

What the AI writes: topic ideas, outlines, full posts, titles, images, meta tags, categories and schema. "AI analyzes your post content and automatically creates relevant Schema.org markup," per its AI blog help.

Approval: "you can review the post before it is published," and "When the blog post is approved, it will immediately publish," per the Kleo help page.

Price: Premium plans start with Light at $17.77 a month billed yearly, per the pricing page; prices vary by region. Wix says "Some agents use AI credits, while others are free."

Pitfall: Kleo cannot create custom content for email or social marketing, per the same help page.

Who it is not for: anyone who wants to own and move their site; Wix sites cannot be hosted elsewhere.

Trustpilot: 3.4 from 29,272 reviews on its company listing.

3. Durable

Durable's Blog Agent, launched on 27 May 2026, is the best fit for a small service business that wants steady posts with little effort. It "saves a finished draft for you to review and publish," per its launch post.

What the AI writes: research, full posts, images from your media library or stock, alt text, verified internal links, SEO title, meta description and excerpt.

How it picks topics: your keyword or one taken from your business profile. It pulls live search data, reads the top two or three ranking articles, and checks for overlap with your existing posts and service pages.

Approval: the launch post says "Nothing publishes without you," and on autopilot "the Agent runs every Tuesday morning" and saves drafts. But Durable's help center describes a separate Content Strategist agent, on all paid plans, that publishes 10 to 15 blog posts a month and publishes them immediately unless Draft Mode is on, per its blog posts help article. If you want to approve every post, turn Draft Mode on.

Price: Launch is $25 a month billed monthly or $22 billed yearly, with 1,000 credits a month, per the pricing page.

AI search: Durable says consistent blogging helps businesses get cited by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and its sites include llms.txt files.

Pitfall: autopilot runs on a fixed weekly schedule, and images fall back to stock when your library has no match.

Trustpilot: 4.8 from 331 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

4. Leadpages

Leadpages added an AI blog writer on 16 September 2026 that drafts on a schedule, "Daily, weekly or monthly, on the day and at the time you pick," per its announcement.

What the AI writes: full body copy, a hero image, an author, and links to sources and your own posts. Leadpages stresses it is "Not headings waiting to be filled in."

Approval: "Drafting is the default, and a draft sits and waits until you have read it." Direct publishing is an opt-in setting.

Price: Pro is $29 a month with one blog and 12,000 AI credits a month; annual billing saves 20%, per the pricing page. Each draft reports the credits it used, and you can set a cap.

Pitfall: Leadpages calls the output "raw material" that still needs your review.

Who it is not for: large content sites; Pro includes one blog.

Trustpilot: 2.1 from 443 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

5. WordPress.com

WordPress.com is the platform most large blogs grow into, and it now builds sites with AI too. Its WordPress Agent "generates pages, layouts, images, and copy built around what you described," per its AI website builder page.

What the AI writes: Jetpack AI "is capable of generating blog posts, detailed pages, structured lists," plus titles, summaries and images, per jetpack.com/ai. Since 20 March 2026, external AI agents connected over MCP can draft and publish posts.

Approval: agent posts start as drafts, and "Every change requires your approval," per WordPress.com.

Price: Personal is $4 a month billed yearly ($9 monthly), per the pricing page. The AI assistant is limited on lower plans.

Pitfall: no built-in keyword research or content plan; you pick the topics.

Trustpilot: 3.8 from 4,198 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

6. Koala Writer

Koala Writer does not build a site; it publishes into yours with "1-Click Publishing Straight to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost, or any endpoint via webhooks," per koala.sh.

What the AI writes: full articles in your brand voice, with internal links. "Articles that sound like you."

How it picks topics: its SEO agent "picks from your real rankings and gaps," using Search Console, keyword, SERP and competitor data.

Approval: "Publish as drafts to review, or auto-publish per brand."

Price: Starter is $25 a month, per the pricing page; the homepage shows "From $49/mo," and full agent access needs the $99 Boost plan.

AI search: Koala optimizes for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

Trustpilot: 3.2 from 22 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

7. Outrank

Outrank is a daily article autopilot. "Review it, edit it, approve it - then let it auto-publish on its day," per outrank.so.

What the AI writes: full SEO articles, images, internal and external links, titles and meta descriptions, and YouTube embeds.

Publishing: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Wix, Notion, Ghost and WordPress.com, or a free hosted blog on your own domain.

Price: $99 a month billed monthly for 30 articles.

Pitfall: one article a day by default can run straight into Google's scaled content warning if you skip review.

Trustpilot: 3.8 from 96 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

Hostinger's Blog Maker is one of the cheapest ways to get an AI-written post on a site you own. It writes an "SEO-friendly, ready-to-publish article with pre-selected images," per its Blog Maker page.

Price: Premium shows $2.49 a month on a 48-month term ($119.52 paid upfront), renewing at $10.99 a month, per its Blog Maker page.

Pitfall: AI credits on Basic are a one-time allowance.

Trustpilot: 3.5 from 6,268 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

10. Autoblogging.ai

Autoblogging.ai writes full SEO articles with FAQs, tables, images, meta tags, internal links and a fact checker that aims to "Reduce AI hallucinations," per autoblogging.ai.

Publishing: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Blogger, Ghost and more.

Trustpilot: 4.3 from 69 reviews on its Trustpilot page.

11. SEObot

SEObot is the most hands-off tool here: "it runs 100% autopilot by default," per seobotai.com, though "You can approve/decline or even moderate articles if you want to."

Which AI Blog Builders Ask for Approval Before Publishing?

Decide in Four Questions

  1. Is your blog there to promote an iOS app? Choose Superapp.
  2. Do you already have a site you like? Keep it and add Koala Writer, Outrank or Autoblogging.ai.
  3. Do you want one platform that builds the site and drafts posts for approval? Choose Wix, or Durable with Draft Mode on for a service business.
  4. Is budget the only constraint? Choose WordPress.com or Hostinger and write prompts yourself.

What These Tools Still Cannot Do for You

Superapp, like every tool here, cannot guarantee rankings or AI citations, and says so. Three things stay with you:

  • Real expertise. A post built on your own data, prices and experience is what Google's guidance calls value.
  • Fact-checking. Framer warns its agent can fill in "plausible placeholder text rather than real facts," and SEObot says quality can fall short of human writers.
  • Patience. Superapp's homepage says website and SEO traffic takes months.

For the tools that track and improve AI visibility rather than write, see our guide to the best AI SEO tools. For landing pages, see our comparison of AI landing page builders.

Superapp remains our first pick for an app's blog over both of these.

10Web Its AI assistant writes outlines and paragraphs, but no scheduled or automatic blog publishing is documented

Webflow's AEO agents "prepare recommendations for bulk review," per its announcement. 10Web's AI Assistant can "create new posts, pages, and other types of content, including images," per its assistant page.

FAQ

What is the best AI blog website builder?
Superapp is the best AI blog website builder for a site that promotes an app, because it plans posts from ChatGPT answers, waits for approval and then publishes them. For a general business blog, Wix and Durable are the strongest all-in-one picks.

Is there an AI website builder that writes blog posts for you?
Yes. Superapp, Wix, Durable and Leadpages all build the site and draft posts with an agent, and Hostinger, Squarespace and WordPress.com include AI writers you prompt one post at a time.

Can an AI blog builder publish posts automatically?
Yes. SEObot runs on autopilot by default, Outrank auto-publishes on a schedule, and Koala Writer and Autoblogging.ai can auto-publish if you choose. Superapp publishes automatically only after you approve each article.

Will Google penalize AI-written blog posts?
Google does not ban AI content, but it warns that generating many pages without adding value may violate its scaled content abuse policy, and asks you to fact-check AI content before publishing. Tools that require approval make that easier.

Which AI blog builders ask for approval before publishing?
Superapp, Wix and WordPress.com require approval. Leadpages saves drafts by default, and Durable's Blog Agent saves drafts while its Content Strategist auto-publishes unless Draft Mode is on. Koala Writer, Autoblogging.ai and Arvow let you choose.

What is the cheapest AI blog website builder?
WordPress.com is the cheapest: its free plan includes a limited AI assistant, and Personal costs $4 a month billed yearly or $2.75 on a 3-year term. Hostinger Premium shows $2.49 a month on a 48-month upfront term. None of these plans topics for you.

Which AI blog tool helps you rank in ChatGPT?
Superapp plans articles from ChatGPT research. Koala Writer, Autoblogging.ai and Arvow advertise AI search optimization, and Durable and Ghost add llms.txt files. No tool can guarantee AI citations.

Can I use an AI blog writer with my existing website?
Yes. Koala Writer, Outrank, Autoblogging.ai, SEObot and Arvow publish into WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, Wix and other platforms.

Does Superapp work for a blog that is not about an app?
No. Superapp builds the website around an app in the same project. For other blogs, Wix, Durable, WordPress.com or Ghost fit better.

How does Superapp choose blog topics?
Superapp's Selfdrive agent writes 40 to 50 prompts across 5 to 7 topics, modeled on how people ask ChatGPT for a product like yours, and records the answers, named products, cited pages and searches. You approve or remove the proposed articles.

What does Wix's AI blog agent do?
Wix's Marketing Agent, Kleo, builds a content plan with blog posts, drafts them and publishes each one after you approve it. Wix's AI can also write titles, images, meta tags and schema markup.

What is Durable's Blog Agent?
Durable's Blog Agent, launched in May 2026, researches keywords, writes posts with images, links and meta tags, and saves finished drafts for you to review. On autopilot it runs every Tuesday.

Is Ghost good for an AI blog?
Ghost has no AI writer, but many AI writers publish to it, and it can generate llms.txt and Markdown versions of posts for AI search. Starter is $18 a month billed yearly.

How many AI blog posts should I publish?
No vendor here sets a safe number. Publish only posts you have reviewed and that add something specific; a weekly schedule, as Durable and Leadpages offer, is easier to review than a daily one.

What is the difference between an AI blog builder and an AI blog writer?
An AI blog builder hosts your site and writes posts for it. An AI blog writer, such as Koala Writer or Outrank, writes posts and publishes them into a site you already run.

Can Framer write my blog posts?
Framer's CMS agent can create blog collections and items, but without your input it fills in placeholder text rather than facts, and it does not plan topics.

Which AI blog builder is best for small businesses?
Durable for a local or service business that wants weekly drafts, and Wix for a business that wants one platform with marketing tools and an agent it approves.

Is SEObot safe to use on autopilot?
SEObot runs on autopilot by default and says its quality is sometimes below human writers. Turning on approval reduces the risk of publishing weak pages at scale.
