Best AI Website Builders for SEO: The Short Answer

Superapp is the best AI website builder for SEO in 2026 if the site is for an app: it generates the website from your app project, publishes it on your own domain, then researches what ChatGPT answers about your category and writes and publishes articles you approve. For a general business site, Wix is the best all-in-one SEO pick, Webflow gives the most technical control, Duda is the strongest technical package for agencies, and WordPress.com is the best base for a site that will publish at scale.

Quick answer: Superapp is our top AI website builder for SEO because it is the only builder here that pairs the site with an agent that researches real ChatGPT answers for your category, then writes and publishes the articles you approve (Max plan, $100 a month, beta). The honest caveat: Superapp builds websites for apps and does not document technical SEO controls such as redirects or schema settings, so for a general business site Wix (server rendering, automatic llms.txt, AI visibility tracking) and Webflow (fine technical control, from $15 a month billed yearly) are stronger picks. Every price and quote below was checked on the vendor's own page on 25 October 2026.

As a disclosure, Superapp is our product, so weigh this accordingly. We name 12 other builders, say plainly where each beats Superapp, and link every claim to the page it came from.

Most "best website builder for SEO" lists still compare meta tags and sitemaps. Those matter, but every serious builder has them now. In 2026 SEO has three layers, and the builders differ far more on the second and third:

  1. Crawlable output and technical controls: rendering, meta, sitemap, redirects, schema.
  2. AI search readiness: llms.txt, structured data, and built-in tracking of how ChatGPT and other AI engines mention you.
  3. Content that keeps ranking: agents that research topics and publish articles after the site is live.

None of the four top ranking pages we checked for this query covers llms.txt, compares rendering, or compares content agents. This guide does all three.

What Makes a Website Builder Good for SEO in 2026?

Superapp's view is that a site only ranks if it keeps answering real questions, so its builder is judged on all three layers, as is every tool here. A builder is good for SEO when search engines and AI crawlers can read its pages, when it gives you the controls to fix problems, and when it helps you publish content people actually search for.

Layer 1: crawlable output. Google's JavaScript SEO guide says "server-side or pre-rendering is still a great idea" because "not all bots can run JavaScript." A builder that sends complete HTML is safer than one that builds the page in the browser.

Layer 2: AI search readiness. llms.txt is a plain text file that tells AI tools what your site contains. Some builders generate it automatically; some let you upload it; most still do neither. A few builders now also show how often AI engines mention your site.

Layer 3: content that keeps ranking. A site with five pages rarely ranks for much. The builders that help most are the ones that research topics and publish articles, with a human approving each one.

Does Google Penalize AI-Built Websites?

Superapp's article agent waits for your approval because Google does not penalize AI-built sites, but it does penalize scale without value. Google's guidance on generative AI content says that "using generative AI tools or other similar tools to generate many pages without adding value for users may violate Google's spam policy on scaled content abuse."

What that means for choosing a builder:

  • The page builder itself is not the risk. An AI-generated homepage is judged like any other page.
  • The content agent is where risk lives. A tool that auto-publishes many generic posts makes it easy to trip the scaled content policy.
  • Approval and specifics protect you. Posts built on your real product, prices and experience add value.

How We Ranked These Builders

Superapp ranks first because it is strongest on the third layer, where most builders do nothing, while the second and third places go to builders that are stronger on the first layer. We scored all 13 builders on eight questions, using only vendor documentation:

  1. Does the vendor say pages are rendered on the server?
  2. Which technical controls are documented: meta, sitemap, robots.txt, redirects, canonical, schema?
  3. Is llms.txt generated automatically, uploaded manually, or not supported?
  4. Does the builder track AI visibility, and in which engines?
  5. Does an agent research and publish content after launch?
  6. What does the cheapest plan with a custom domain cost?
  7. What limits does the vendor itself state?
  8. What do Trustpilot reviewers say, as a rough signal?

We did not run ranking experiments. Where a vendor's pages do not mention something, this guide says "not documented" rather than guessing.

The 13 Best AI Website Builders for SEO

1. Superapp

Superapp is an AI builder for native Apple apps that also generates the app's website from the same project. Its homepage describes "A landing page for your app, generated from the same project and published on your own domain," per superapp.dev.

Layer 1, crawlable output: Superapp's app website docs say the site includes "A marketing homepage based on the app's real purpose and features," an App Store call to action, a privacy page and a support page. Changes go to a draft first, and "Publishing moves the approved draft to the live website." The docs do not describe rendering, sitemaps, redirects or schema settings, so treat those as not documented.

Layer 2, AI search readiness: Superapp does not document llms.txt. What it does instead is research. Per its SEO and GEO docs, the Selfdrive agent writes 40 to 50 prompts across 5 to 7 topics, modeled on how someone would ask ChatGPT for a product like yours, and "The prompts find your category, never your brand name." For each prompt it records ChatGPT's answer, the products named, the pages cited and the searches ChatGPT ran.

Layer 3, content that keeps ranking: this is where Superapp leads. Articles are proposed from that research. "In the SEO tab you approve or remove articles; nothing else moves them." Approved articles are written by a daily job and published to your website, and "Each one is written to answer a question people actually ask and to be the kind of page AI assistants cite."

Price: Pro is $25 a month with 50 credits and includes the website; Max is $100 a month (shown against a struck-through $200) with 230 credits and adds Marketing AI and SEO, per the pricing page. The same agent runs Apple Ads, App Store optimization and creator campaigns.

Limits Superapp states: Selfdrive is in beta and needs an app on the App Store. The research "is not daily tracking and has no visibility score," you need access to your domain's DNS settings, and Selfdrive "does not guarantee rankings or mentions."

Who it is not for: any site that is not about an app, or a team that needs to hand-tune redirects and schema. Wix and Webflow are better there.

2. Wix

Wix is the strongest all-in-one SEO platform for a general business site, and the closest rival to Superapp on content. In January 2026 it launched Harmony, its "new flagship AI website builder," with a claim of "industry-leading SEO and GEO" by default, per a Wix press release syndicated on Nasdaq.

Layer 1: Wix's SEO page says its SEO infrastructure is based on server-side rendering. It documents editable titles and descriptions, custom URL slugs, self-referencing canonicals, an automatic XML sitemap, editable robots.txt, 301 redirects with bulk import of up to 500 URLs, built-in JSON-LD on dynamic pages, Google Search Console integration and automatic WebP image conversion.

Layer 2: "Wix automatically generates and maintains your llms.txt file," per Wix support; it needs a paid plan and a custom domain. Its AI Visibility Overview tracks mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, per its launch release.

Layer 3: its Marketing Agent, Kleo, builds a content plan with blog posts, and "When the blog post is approved, it will immediately publish," per Wix support.

Price: Light is $17.77 a month billed yearly; Wix says prices vary by location, per its pricing page.

Pitfall: prices vary by region, and llms.txt needs both a paid plan and a custom domain.

Trustpilot: 3.4 from 29,272 reviews on its listing.

3. Webflow

Webflow gives the most precise technical control of any builder here. Its SEO page says it "automatically generates clean, semantic HTML markup."

Layer 1: meta titles and descriptions from CMS fields or AI, URL control, automatic XML sitemap, robots.txt rules without code, 301 redirects, schema you can generate with AI or edit, automatic hreflang with localization, and AI alt text in bulk. "Use Webflow AI to fill in missing metadata instantly."

Layer 2: llms.txt is a manual upload in site settings, per Webflow help. Webflow AEO, launched on 21 May 2026, adds prompt tracking (ChatGPT at launch, then Gemini and Claude in July and Perplexity on 30 July 2026) and AEO agents that fix "broken links, outdated metadata, and missing schema," but "All Enterprise customers get access to AEO agents," per its announcement.

Layer 3: content agents are "coming soon," per Webflow's AEO blog post.

Price: Basic is $15 a month billed yearly with a custom domain but no CMS; the plan with CMS is $25 a month billed yearly, per the pricing page.

Pitfall: the AEO features that make Webflow strong for AI search are Enterprise only.

Trustpilot: 1.5 from 240 reviews on its listing.

4. Duda

Duda is the builder most SEO lists miss, and it has some of the strongest defaults. "Server-side-rendering, high performance scores, and structured data make your sites more discoverable for AI," per duda.co/seo.

Layer 1: custom meta per page or site-wide, automatic canonical tags, automatic sitemap, 301 and 302 redirects with change alerts, automatic schema for business, FAQ, video, product and blog content, hreflang by default, bulk AI alt text and Search Console integration.

Layer 2: "We're automatically rolling out llms.txt on all published sites," per Duda's June 2025 update. Since 20 August 2026 an AI Visibility add-on costs from $19 a month for two answer engines to $195 a month for four, per its launch post and pricing page.

Layer 3: blog included; no publishing agent documented.

Price: Basic is $19 a month billed annually or $25 monthly. No free plan, 14-day trial.

Pitfall: "There are some tags (like the canonical) that we do not currently allow you to alter," and Duda is built for agencies, not solo founders.

Trustpilot: 4.6 from 183 reviews on its listing.

5. WordPress.com

WordPress.com is the best base for a site that will publish hundreds of posts. Its WordPress Agent builds sites from a description, per its AI website builder page, on paid plans.

Layer 1: SEO titles and descriptions, canonical tags on archives, hide-from-search options and automatic alt text, but "This feature is available on sites with our WordPress.com Premium, Business, and Commerce plans," per its SEO tools page. "WordPress.com automatically generates an XML sitemap for you." Plugins from the Personal plan up can add more.

Layer 2: llms.txt and AI visibility are not documented.

Layer 3: since 20 March 2026, AI agents connected over MCP can draft, edit and publish posts and fix metadata, and "Every change requires your approval," per WordPress.com.

Price: Personal is $4 a month billed yearly or $9 monthly, per the pricing page. "Monthly plans do not include a free domain."

Pitfall: built-in SEO tools need Premium or higher.

Trustpilot: 3.8 from 4,198 reviews on its listing.

6. Framer

Framer is the strongest pure design tool on this list for crawlable pages. "Framer uses server-side rendering for optimal performance and SEO," per Framer.

Layer 1: title, description and Open Graph per page with CMS variables, custom paths, canonical settings, automatic sitemap, robots.txt as an uploaded file, automatic 301 redirects and indexing toggles, per its SEO page. Schema needs custom code.

Layer 2: "Static file hosting for llms.txt is available on Pro and Enterprise plans," per Framer help. Framer also offers a free AEO scanner at framer.com/aeo.

Layer 3: a CMS on all paid plans; no publishing agent documented.

Price: Basic is $10 a month with 30 pages; Pro is $30 a month with 150 pages, per the pricing page.

Pitfall: "Framer does not offer HTML export for self-hosting," per Framer help.

Trustpilot: 1.5 from 149 reviews on its listing.

7. Squarespace

Squarespace is the design-led choice that now shows AI visibility. Its SEO page lists pre-optimized meta, clean URLs, an automatic sitemap, structured data by default on blog posts, listings and events, AI alt text and direct Search Console integration.

Layer 2: AI Visibility, launched on 7 July 2026, shows how your business appears in ChatGPT and Gemini, but "AI Visibility is currently available only on English, version 7.1 websites," per its announcement. Basic gets up to 10 one-time prompt runs. llms.txt is not documented.

Price: Basic is $19 a month billed annually or $25 monthly, per the pricing page. No free plan.

Pitfall: robots.txt is "automatically configured," and editing it is not documented.

Trustpilot: 3.5 from 6,268 reviews on its listing.

8. Durable

Durable is the only builder besides Superapp and Wix with an agent that keeps blogging. Its Content Strategist publishes 10 to 15 blog posts a month on all paid plans, auto-publishing by default with an optional Draft Mode, per its blog help article.

Layer 1: automatic, editable titles and descriptions, Open Graph tags, AI alt text, JSON-LD on every page, automatic sitemap and robots.txt, per-page noindex and optional Search Console sitemap submission, per its SEO features article.

Layer 2: Durable sites include llms.txt.

Price: Launch is $25 a month or $22 billed yearly, per the pricing page.

Pitfall: structured data "is not directly editable in the dashboard," and auto-publishing by default means you should turn on Draft Mode if you want to review every post.

Trustpilot: 4.8 from 331 reviews on its listing.

9. Hostinger

Hostinger is the cheapest builder here with automatic llms.txt. Its AI Builder generates metadata, sitemap.xml on a custom domain, robots.txt and llms.txt automatically, to "Help tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Meta AI understand your site," per its built-in SEO page.

Price: Premium is $2.49 a month on a 48-month term, $119.52 paid upfront, renewing at $10.99 a month, per its website builder page.

Pitfall: the AI Builder page says sites are ready for "search engines that support JavaScript-rendered content," and does not say it renders on the server. Hostinger also sells two products, the Website Builder and the AI Builder, with different SEO details.

Trustpilot: 4.6 from 73,415 reviews on its listing, covering all Hostinger products.

10. Shopify

Shopify is the SEO pick for a store. Its Liquid themes render on the server, and its developer docs recommend against "client-side frameworks on Liquid storefronts," per Shopify's performance guide.

Layer 1: titles and meta descriptions for pages, products, collections and posts, alt text, and "Sitemap files are generated automatically," per Shopify help. robots.txt can be edited, but "Incorrect use of the feature can result in loss of all traffic," per Shopify help.

Layer 2: Agentic Storefronts make products "discoverable right in ChatGPT, Copilot, and Perplexity," per its Winter '26 Edition.

Price: Basic is $29 a month billed yearly or $39 monthly, per the pricing page.

Trustpilot: 1.3 from 5,241 reviews on its listing.

11. Lovable

Lovable is for web apps, but it fixed the biggest SEO problem those apps had. Apps created from 13 May 2026 render pages on the server, and older apps get pre-rendered copies served to crawlers, per its FAQ. "Pages are rendered as complete HTML before they reach the browser," per lovable.dev/seo-aeo.

Layer 1: an on-demand SEO and AI search review checks performance, metadata, headings, alt text, canonical, Open Graph, robots and sitemap, with one-click fixes, "Free on all tiers."

Layer 3: no built-in blog or CMS documented.

Price: Pro is $25 a month or $250 a year and includes custom domains; the free plan cannot publish publicly, per its plans docs.

Trustpilot: 4.2 from 1,866 reviews on its listing.

12. HubSpot Content Hub

HubSpot's AI website generator suits teams already on HubSpot. "Use in-editor SEO recommendations to increase organic search traffic," per its AI website generator page.

Layer 2: HubSpot AEO, launched on 14 April 2026, shows "your brand's visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity" for $50 a month standalone, in beta, per its AEO page.

Price: Starter unlocks custom domains at $15 a month billed annually or $20 monthly, per HubSpot's pricing guide; the same guide also cites a per-seat price, so confirm at checkout.

Trustpilot: 1.5 from 1,174 reviews on its listing.

13. 10Web

10Web builds WordPress sites with AI and leads on speed claims, with a "90+ PageSpeed score" on all plans, per its pricing page. "Every page is ready for Google and written to be cited in AI answers," per its AI website builder page.

Price: AI Starter is $10 a month billed yearly ($120 for 12 months, regular price $240), per the pricing page.

Pitfall: llms.txt, AI visibility and rendering are not documented.

Trustpilot: 4.3 from 2,374 reviews on its listing.

Which AI Website Builders Render Pages on the Server?

Superapp does not document how its website renders; Wix, Framer, Duda, Shopify and new Lovable apps do say they render on the server. This matters because Google notes that not all bots can run JavaScript, and many AI crawlers fetch raw HTML.

Builder Rendering, as the vendor states it
Superapp Not documented
Wix SEO infrastructure based on server-side rendering
Framer "Framer uses server-side rendering for optimal performance and SEO."
Duda Server-side rendering stated on its SEO page
Shopify Liquid themes render on the server
Lovable Server rendering for apps created from 13 May 2026; pre-rendered copies for older apps
Webflow "clean, semantic HTML markup"; rendering method not stated
Hostinger Mentions "JavaScript-rendered content"; server rendering not stated
Squarespace Not documented
WordPress.com Not documented
Durable Not documented
HubSpot Content Hub Not documented
10Web Not documented (WordPress backend)

Which Builders Support llms.txt?

Superapp does not document llms.txt; Wix, Duda, Hostinger and Durable generate it automatically, and Webflow and Framer let you upload one.

Builder llms.txt support
Superapp Not documented
Wix Automatic and editable; needs a paid plan and a custom domain
Duda Automatic on all published sites
Hostinger Automatic (AI Builder)
Durable Automatic; noindex pages are removed from it
Webflow Manual upload, Basic and up
Framer Manual upload, Pro and Enterprise only
Ghost (for comparison) Can generate llms.txt, per its changelog
Squarespace Not documented
WordPress.com Not documented
Shopify Not documented
Lovable Not documented
HubSpot Content Hub Not documented
10Web Not documented

None of these vendors claims llms.txt improves rankings, so treat it as cheap insurance rather than a ranking factor.

Which Builders Track Your AI Visibility?

Superapp researches ChatGPT answers for your category once per request and uses them to plan articles, but it is not a tracking dashboard. Five builders now track visibility over time.

Builder AI visibility feature Engines Plan
Superapp One-off research of 40 to 50 ChatGPT prompts; "no visibility score" ChatGPT Max, beta
Wix AI Visibility Overview ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity Premium plans
Squarespace AI Visibility ChatGPT, Gemini All plans, English 7.1 sites
Webflow AEO prompt tracking and agents ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity Enterprise
HubSpot HubSpot AEO ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity $50 a month standalone, beta
Duda AI Visibility add-on 2 to 4 engines From $19 a month
Framer Free AEO scanner Not stated Free

Which Builders Keep Publishing Content After Launch?

Superapp, Wix and Durable are the only builders here with an agent that plans and publishes blog content; WordPress.com lets outside AI agents do it with approval.

Builder Content agent Topic source Approval
Superapp Selfdrive SEO and GEO articles ChatGPT answers for your category You approve or remove each article
Wix Kleo Marketing Agent Content plan from your site Publishes after you approve
Durable Content Strategist, 10 to 15 posts a month Your business and keywords Auto-publishes unless Draft Mode is on
WordPress.com External agents over MCP You choose "Every change requires your approval."
Webflow Content agents n/a "coming soon"
Hostinger Blog Maker writes a post on request You choose You publish
Others in this list Not documented n/a n/a

Technical SEO Controls Compared

Superapp does not document these controls, so if hand-tuning them matters, pick Wix, Webflow or Duda. "Yes" means the vendor's own page documents it.

How Much Does an SEO-Ready AI Website Cost?

Superapp's website costs $25 a month on Pro, and its SEO agent comes with Max at $100 a month. The table below shows each builder's cheapest plan with a custom domain, because a site on a vendor subdomain is harder to build authority on.

Builder Cheapest custom-domain plan Billing basis Free plan
Superapp Pro $25 (website); Max $100 (SEO agent) Monthly Yes, starter credits in most countries
Hostinger Premium $2.49 48 months paid upfront, renews $10.99 No
WordPress.com Personal $4 Billed yearly ($9 monthly) Yes
Framer Basic $10 Monthly Yes
10Web AI Starter $10 Billed yearly ($120 for 12 months) No defined free tier
Webflow Basic $15 Billed yearly Yes
HubSpot Content Hub Starter $15 Billed annually ($20 monthly) Yes
Wix Light $17.77 Billed yearly, varies by region Yes
Squarespace Basic $19 Billed annually ($25 monthly) No, 14-day trial

Durable Launch $22 Billed yearly ($25 monthly) Yes
Lovable Pro $25 Monthly ($250 a year) Yes, cannot publish publicly
Shopify Basic $29 Billed yearly ($39 monthly) No, 3-day trial

What Do Users Say? Trustpilot Scores

Superapp does not have a Trustpilot score we could verify, so it is listed without one. Scores are a rough signal: they mix billing complaints with product reviews, and Hostinger's covers all of its products.

Builder TrustScore Reviews
Superapp Not verified n/a
Durable 4.8 331
Hostinger 4.6 73,415 (all products)
Duda 4.6 183
10Web 4.3 2,374

WordPress.com 3.8 4,198
Squarespace 3.5 6,268

What Is the Best AI Website Builder for Startups?

Superapp is the best AI website builder for a startup whose product is an iOS app, because the website is generated from the app itself and the SEO agent keeps publishing after launch. For a SaaS or web startup, Framer is the best pick for a fast, server-rendered marketing site, Webflow for a team that will grow a technical SEO program, Lovable when the website is the front of your web app, and Wix or Durable when nobody on the team wants to touch design.

Startup Best pick Why Starting price
iOS app startup Superapp Website from the app project, then SEO and GEO articles you approve Pro $25 a month; Max $100 for SEO
SaaS marketing site Framer Server rendering, CMS on paid plans, design control Basic $10 a month
SEO-led growth team Webflow Fine technical control and schema Basic $15 a month billed yearly
Web app with a public site Lovable Server rendering for new apps and a free SEO review Pro $25 a month
Non-technical founder Wix SEO, llms.txt and AI visibility in one place Light $17.77 a month billed yearly
Service startup that needs a blog Durable Content agent on all paid plans Launch $22 billed yearly
Content-led startup WordPress.com Scale and plugins Personal $4 a month billed yearly

Three startup mistakes we see in SEO plans:

  1. Launching on a vendor subdomain. Move to your own domain before you publish content you want to rank.
  2. Picking for design and ignoring content. A beautiful five-page site rarely ranks; plan for articles from day one.
  3. Expecting results in weeks. Superapp's homepage says website and SEO traffic takes months, and no builder can guarantee a ChatGPT citation.

Which Builder Fits Your Site?

Your site Best pick Runner-up
A website for an iOS app Superapp Framer
A local or service business Wix Durable
An agency managing many client sites Duda Webflow
A content site with hundreds of posts WordPress.com Wix
A design-led brand site Framer Squarespace
An online store Shopify Wix
A web app that needs to be crawlable Lovable Framer
The lowest possible budget Hostinger WordPress.com
A team already on HubSpot HubSpot Content Hub Webflow

Pick It or Skip It

Builder Pick it if Skip it if
Superapp Your site promotes an app and you want articles planned from ChatGPT answers You need documented control over redirects and schema
Wix You want SEO, GEO and visibility tracking in one platform You may want to move hosts later
Webflow You want precise technical control You want AEO features without Enterprise
Duda You build sites for clients You are a solo founder
WordPress.com You will publish at scale You want SEO tools on the cheapest plan
Framer You want fast, server-rendered pages you design You need built-in schema or HTML export
Squarespace Design matters and you want to see AI visibility Your site is not English 7.1
Durable You want a blog that runs itself You want to edit structured data
Hostinger Price is the main constraint You want server rendering confirmed
Shopify You sell products You only need a content site
Lovable Your site is a web app You need a blog or CMS
HubSpot Content Hub You already run HubSpot You want a cheap standalone site
10Web You want WordPress built by AI You want AI search features documented

Decide in Four Questions

  1. Is the site for an iOS app? Choose Superapp.
  2. Do you need to hand-tune every technical setting? Choose Webflow, or Duda for client work.
  3. Do you want one platform with SEO, llms.txt and AI visibility tracking? Choose Wix.
  4. Will you publish hundreds of posts? Choose WordPress.com, then add an AI writer.

What No Builder Can Do for You

Superapp says plainly that "Search engines and AI assistants decide what they index and cite," and the same is true of every builder here. Three things remain your job:

  • Real expertise. Google's guidance rewards pages that add value; your data, prices and experience are what make a page worth citing.
  • Links and mentions. No builder earns other sites' links for you.
  • Patience. SEO results take months on any platform.

For landing pages specifically, see our comparison of AI landing page builders.

Also Considered

Superapp remains our first pick for an app's website over both of these.

Builder Why it is not ranked
Superapp (for comparison) Ranked first above
Ghost A publishing platform rather than an AI website builder, though it generates llms.txt
Elementor A WordPress page builder rather than an AI website builder

Which website builder is best for SEO in 2026?
Wix covers all three layers of SEO in one platform: server rendering, automatic llms.txt and AI visibility tracking, plus an agent that drafts posts for approval. Webflow and Duda offer more technical control, and Superapp leads for sites that promote an app.

Are AI-built websites bad for SEO?
No. Google judges AI-generated pages like any other page, but it warns that generating many pages without adding value may violate its scaled content abuse policy. The risk is in mass-produced content, not in using an AI builder.

Which AI website builders render pages on the server?
Wix, Framer, Duda, Shopify's Liquid themes and Lovable apps created from 13 May 2026 say they render on the server. Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress.com, Durable, HubSpot, 10Web and Superapp do not document their rendering method.

Which website builders support llms.txt?
Wix, Duda, Hostinger's AI Builder and Durable generate llms.txt automatically. Webflow (Basic and up) and Framer (Pro and up) let you upload one manually.

Does llms.txt help SEO?
It may help AI tools understand your site, but none of the builders here claims it improves rankings, so treat it as low-cost insurance rather than a ranking factor.

Which website builder tracks AI visibility in ChatGPT?
Wix tracks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity; Squarespace tracks ChatGPT and Gemini on English 7.1 sites; Webflow tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity on Enterprise; HubSpot AEO costs $50 a month; and Duda sells an add-on from $19 a month.

What is the best AI website builder for startups?
Superapp for an iOS app startup, Framer for a SaaS marketing site, Webflow for an SEO-led growth team, Lovable when the site is the front of a web app, and Wix or Durable for a non-technical founder.

Is Wix good for SEO?
Yes. Wix documents server-side rendering, automatic llms.txt on paid plans with a custom domain, bulk redirects, editable robots.txt, built-in JSON-LD and an AI Visibility Overview. Its llms.txt needs a paid plan and a custom domain.

Is Webflow or Wix better for SEO?
Webflow gives finer technical control, including AI schema and robots.txt rules, while Wix includes AI visibility tracking and automatic llms.txt that Webflow offers only on Enterprise or by manual upload.

Is Framer good for SEO?
Yes for crawlable pages: Framer renders on the server and documents sitemaps, canonicals and redirects. Schema needs custom code, llms.txt needs Pro, and there is no HTML export.

Is Squarespace good for SEO?
Squarespace covers the basics, with automatic sitemaps, structured data and Search Console integration, and adds AI Visibility for English 7.1 sites. robots.txt editing is not documented.

Is Hostinger's AI website builder good for SEO?
It is the cheapest option with automatic llms.txt, sitemap and robots.txt, but Hostinger mentions JavaScript-rendered content and does not state server rendering.

Is Lovable good for SEO?
Lovable apps created from 13 May 2026 render on the server, and a free SEO review checks metadata, sitemap and robots. Lovable has no built-in blog or CMS, so content needs another tool.

Does Superapp help with SEO?
Yes, through content. On the Max plan, Superapp's Selfdrive agent researches ChatGPT answers for your category and publishes articles you approve to the website it built for your app. It does not document technical controls such as redirects or schema settings, and it does not guarantee rankings.

Which website builder writes blog posts for SEO automatically?
Superapp, Wix and Durable have agents that plan and publish posts. Durable's Content Strategist auto-publishes by default; Superapp and Wix publish only what you approve.

What is the cheapest website builder that is good for SEO?
Hostinger Premium at $2.49 a month on a 48-month upfront term, with automatic llms.txt, and WordPress.com Personal at $4 a month billed yearly are the cheapest custom-domain options here.

Do I need my own domain for SEO?
It is strongly recommended. A site on a vendor subdomain builds authority for the vendor's domain, and some features, such as Wix's llms.txt, need a custom domain.

Can an AI website builder get me into ChatGPT answers?
None can guarantee it. Builders can make your site readable and help you publish useful content, but AI engines decide what they cite.
